Night Shift: An Opportunity for Overnight and Weekend Staff

Working overnight and through the weekend is a unique challenge for workers in programs across the country. Often isolated from other staff unless participating in a staff meeting, those working overnight see youth and families in what may be their most vulnerable hours. This networking opportunity will support overnight and weekend workers in discussing the unique challenges of the role, thinking about changes that may best support their efforts, and sharing what works and what doesn’t when responding to the needs of youth and families.
